What is your returns policy?You will have 14 days from when you receive your order to request a return. Should you wish to return, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Can you help me source something specific?Yes! Please reach out through our contact form on the About page, and I can help you source something specific for a space or a bigger restoration project.
Where do you deliver to?Our fireplaces were initially posted out to the UK but owing to increased popularity, we now enable shipping to the USA & Europe. If you have any shipping queries, please submit a contact form.
International shipping incurs a crating charge, please contact us to enquire about this fee.
Why purchase via my website, rather than Ebay or Etsy?New customers purchasing via our official website will get a 15% discount on their first purchase, and repeat customers will be eligible for 10% off their next purchase.
